The Woodward Dream Cruise
In August of each year, thousands of exotic and custom cars, trucks and motorcycles cruise up and down Woodward Avenue, from Ferndale through Royal Oak and Birmingham all the way North to Pontiac while hundreds of thousands of spectators sit along the side of the road to watch. The Cruise is officially a one day event (on a Saturday) but the cruising begins earlier that week, usually on Tuesday or Wednesday before the official event. Our group of 928s joins in the fun. On the morning of one particular Cruise, our group met up early at a local Tim Hortons. When a local performance parts supplier was there with his team of models, they were eager to pose with our sharks.
